Cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide, 1 in 6 deaths globally is due to cancer. One third of deaths from cancer are due to the following five leading BEHAVIORAL and DIETARY risks. 1. High body mass index (meaning OBESITY) 2. Low fruit and Vegetable intake 3. Lack of physical activity 4.Tobacco use 5. Alcohol consumption These five are not only accountable for the one third of deaths due to cancer, but are also the ROOT CAUSE OF CANCER.
